Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for die casting services?

A: Because die casting requires custom tooling, it is best suited for mid-to-high volume production. Our typical MOQ starts at 1,000 pieces per run, depending on part size and material. For lower volumes, we can discuss specialized tooling options or CNC machining alternatives.

Q: How long does the tooling and sample production take?

A: Generally, tool design and fabrication take 25 to 35 days, depending on the complexity and size of the mold. Once the tooling is complete, sample production and shipping take an additional 5 to 7 days.

Q: How do you guarantee mold life/tooling longevity?

A: We use premium H13 or premium die steels with proper heat treatment. We guarantee a mold life of 50,000 to 100,000+ shots (for aluminum) depending on the agreed tool class. We also provide free lifetime mold maintenance as long as the tool remains in our facility.
